Irene has several years of finance experience, in both FX trading and retail businesses, in the UK and across continental Europe.
At Pocket Living, she works in the Finance team as a Senior Accountant, having completed her ACCA studies in 2016.
Marc VlessingFounder and CEO
Marc has a background in City corporate finance, company management and venture capital.
Marc brings management, marketing and strategic direction to Pocket Living. Marc is also chairman of ProVen Growth & Income VCT Plc.
Haidee PridayGeneral Counsel
Haidee qualified into a city law firm as a real estate lawyer in 2000 and has worked with large city firms and as a legal consultant.
She has joined Pocket Living as General Counsel both managing and carrying out legal transactions.
Katy HayesSenior Finance Manager
Katy is a Chartered Accountant with over 17 years’ experience, specialised in Real Estate, having previously held positions at EY and JP Morgan Asset Management.
Katy joined Pocket Living in May 2018 as a contractor, assisting the Head of Finance with the financial and management reporting as well as reviewing policies and controls.
Nick WilliamsSenior Operations Director
Nick is an experienced Chartered Surveyor who has previously held positions at Candy & Candy as Development Director for One Hyde Park and at Berkeley Group as Construction Director.
At Pocket Living, he is responsible for the development and delivery of our projects.
Hannah BlottMarketing Manager
Hannah joined Pocket Living in early 2015 managing all consumer touch points: project marketing collateral, PR, events, social media as well as corporate communications.
Her previous role at luxury property company YOO and her international background have helped form her innovative and design-led approach.
Michelle has worked in business administration in a wide variety of retail and service sectors and is Pocket Living's office administrator.
Matt WoolgarSenior Development Manager
Matt joined Pocket Living in 2014 bringing his experience in Project Management and Quantity Surveying. Matt previously held positions at Westrock Ltd and DBK LLP.
At Pocket Living, Matt is responsible for the successful planning and delivery of a number of projects.
Patrice CowansSales Coordinator
Patrice joined Pocket Living in early 2015 and brings 5 years’ experience in housing supporting Development, Construction and Acquisitions teams. She’s also assisted purchasers with government buying initiatives such as Help to Buy and HomeBuy Direct.
At Pocket Living, Patrice provides a front of house service for the sales team, helping purchasers through the entire process of buying a home, providing customer care once they’ve moved in and helping with resale and staircasing enquiries.
Angelo CorboHead of IT
Angelo has worked with Pocket Living since its inception in 2004. He has a background in R&D and Marketing in Telecom and IT.
He designs and manages Pocket Living’s IT, web and cloud architecture.
Victor ChamberlainCommunications Manager
Victor joined Pocket Living in 2015 and brought a wealth of experience in local politics, corporate communications and community engagement.
He is an experienced local councillor and has also worked for a national campaigning organisation and for a major political party in Westminster.
At Pocket Living, Victor is responsible for corporate communications, public affairs and engagement with local communities.
Sarah DaviesHead of Project Management
Sarah joined Pocket Living in late 2015 and specialises in residential refurbishment & development. With 9 years’ experience in the private rented sector, her previous roles include Project Manager for Grainger PLC and Head of Construction UK for Akelius Residential.
At Pocket Living, Sarah is the Head of Core Projects and responsible for the delivery of Pocket Living Schemes.
James TrottLand buyer
James is a Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor who joined Pocket Living in 2015 from Dexters Land and New Homes (formerly Thamesview Land and New Homes), where he was involved in acquiring and disposing a range of assets across London. He is responsible for land acquisition.
Tori DrewPA to Marc Vlessing & Office Manager
Tori joined the Pocket Living team as Office Manager in 2015, and has worked in corporate management and administrative fields since graduating from Leeds Metropolitan University over five years ago.
She has been involved in complex project management which has included a vast amount of organisation and interaction with international as well as UK based clients.
Jenny AnsonSenior Sales Consultant
Jenny joined Pocket Living in early 2016 bringing her sales experience from her previous roles at Notting Hill Housing.
At Pocket Living, Jenny guides buyers through the process of buying their first home, from their first viewing through to completion, as well as assisting current leaseholders with selling their homes when the time comes for them to move on.

Paul previously held positions at CBRE and L&Q working on large mixed-use projects with both public and private developers. Michelle joined Pocket Living in 2016. She is architecturally trained and a recently qualified chartered RICS surveyor. Michelle has 8 years experience working for central London property developers focusing on PRS. At Pocket Living, she is responsible for the successful delivery of projects after planning permission.
Chris MiddletonHead of Finance
Chris is a Chartered Accountant, having previously held positions at PwC, Land Securities and Rowan Asset Management. At Pocket Living, Chris is responsible for all financial and management reporting as well as finance business partnering with the development and project teams.
Terry RaymondCustomer Experience Executive
Terry joined Pocket Living in the summer of 2016, bringing his 10 years of Sales & Aftersales experience from his previous roles at Notting Hill Housing.
At Pocket Living, Terry looks after our leaseholders during their completion stage, from walking them through their new home, showing different benefits of living in a Pocket development, as well as assisting them if they have any difficulty in the first year of living in their new home.
Sameer HussainAssistant Accountant
Sameer joined Pocket Living in August 2016, having previously worked at Capita, a small investment bank and accountancy firm. He has an accounting and management degree and is studying for his ACCA qualification.
At Pocket Living, Sameer is shadowing Senior Accountant Irene Gorobet and assisting the finance team with both internal and external reporting.
Angharad Palmer (Harry)Head of Design
Angharad is a qualified architect with experience across new build residential projects as well as refurbishment projects for award winning practices.
Having joined Pocket Living in 2016, Angharad is responsible for the overall design coordination of Pocket Living projects providing support for Project Managers and Development Managers as well as liaising with the Company's architects.
Angharad has been named one of RIBA Journal's Rising Stars of 2017.
Nathalie CochranHead of Sales
Nathalie joined Pocket Living in early 2017, bringing her 15 years’ experience working both developer and agent side in the London property market.
At Pocket Living, Nathalie is the Head of Sales and is responsible for all the sales of both the Pocket and Pocket Edition homes.
James KidsonLand Buyer
James is a Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor who joined Pocket Living in early 2017. Having graduated from the University of Reading in 2012, he then spent 4 years working in the land team at Berkeley Homes on numerous projects across London.
At Pocket Living, James is responsible for sourcing new land opportunities.
Georgia BrooksOperations Team Coordinator
Georgia joined Pocket Living in March 2017 as Operations Team Coordinator. She has an eclectic background ranging from project to people management; working for a high end residential property developer and the Criminal Justice System.
At Pocket Living, Georgia is responsible for coordinating the Development, Project Management and Design teams, providing organisational and strategic support.
Demos IoannouDesign Coordinator
With 8 years’ experience working in architectural practices, for private clients and developers, Demos brings a diverse level of experience as a qualified architect specializing in the design and delivery of residential refurbishment projects across the UK.
Having joined Pocket Living in 2017, Demos is responsible for the overall design coordination of Pocket projects, collaborating with external design consultants and providing support for the development team.
Lydia WrawSales and Marketing Team Coordinator
Lydia graduated from the University of Exeter in Philosophy and Theology and went on to study at the University of Cambridge, obtaining her PGCE in Secondary Education. She taught secondary education in the public sector for 3 years and is a freelance illustrator (Anne Westlake).
Lydia joined Pocket Living in 2017.
Alun MaceyHead of Construction
Alun started his construction career in main contracting and progressed into Senior Project Management at Carillion, Bouygues UK and McLaren Group.
A Chartered Construction Manager, he is now Head of Construction at Pocket Living, responsible for the delivery of Pocket Living’s bespoke projects.
James YoungProject Manager
James joined Pocket Living in 2017, bringing his knowledge of Property Development and Project Management. James previously held positions at GVA Second London Wall and Quintain Estates and Development where he worked on a number of London’s largest developments.
At Pocket Living, James is a Project Manager responsible for the successful delivery of projects after planning permission has been achieved.
Rihanna FaridSales Consultant - Pocket Edition
Rihanna has extensive knowledge and experience in both new build sales and the second hand market. She has moved across from BNP Paribas Real Estate, where she provided consultancy and advisory services to house builders across the UK.
At Pocket Living, Rihanna is a Sales Consultant for Pocket Edition homes. She guides buyers through the purchase process, whether they are a first time buyer, up-sizing, or down-sizing.
Lucian SmithersSales & Marketing Director
Lucian looks after the marketing, communications and sales teams at Pocket Living. This involves everything from engagement with emerging policy, community consultations, branding, marketing and sales of all Pocket and Pocket Edition homes.
Lucian’s background covers advertising, marketing, brand & sales and he joined Pocket Living after a long stint at Sky where he was Marketing Director for channels and content.
Nathalie WhiteHead of Marketing
Nathalie joined Pocket Living in 2018 from FABRICA by A2dominion, bringing a wealth of experience in brand marketing and property.
At Pocket Living, Nathalie is responsible for developing the brand and the marketing strategies for Pocket and Pocket edition projects.
David LindsayDesign Manager
David is a qualified architect with a broad range of design and delivery experience. With over eight years’ working in practice, David has specialised in leading large scale new build residential projects for private clients, developers and housing associations.
Joining Pocket in January 2018, David is responsible for managing the design process to encourage innovation and ensure design quality, from early stage concept design through to tender and construction on site.
Nicole CowinsHead of HR
Nicole joined Pocket Living in 2018 with a wealth of HR generalist experience and an MSc in Human Resource Management.
At Pocket Living, Nicole is responsible for leading on all HR programs and initiatives in all aspects of employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance, training, employee engagement and resource planning.
Alex ShillitoDevelopment Manager
Alex joined Pocket Living in February 2018 having worked across a range of property disciplines including asset management, general practice and residential development.
At Pocket Living, Alex is responsible for delivering planning permission on a number of core projects. He is a Chartered Surveyor.
Oli EdmondsFinancial Planning Analysis Manager
Oli joined Pocket Living in early 2018 with a range of experience in finance and property. Oli qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2014 and has since specialised in financial modelling, investment appraisals, strategy and decision support.
At Pocket Living, Oli is responsible for project appraisals, corporate level modelling and financial planning & analysis.
Sian ParryCustomer Experience Assistant
Sian joined Pocket Living in early 2018. She has a background in Property Management and over 5 years' experience in residential property maintenance.
At Pocket Living, Sian is a Customer Care Assistant and the first point of contact for all residents from the moment they move into their new home. She assists them with any issues that may arise in the first year of home ownership.
Maurice ProctorFinancial Accountant
Maurice, a Chartered Accountant, joined Pocket Living in December 2017 having trained with RSM UK after graduating from the University of Leeds.
At Pocket Living, Maurice works in the Finance team as a Financial Accountant and is responsible for both internal and external reporting.
Sarah joined the Pocket team in May 2018. After her studies in Front Office Management in Ireland, she came to London to work in the retail and public sector as a Front of House Receptionist.
At Pocket Living, Sarah is responsible for coordinating meetings and managing the switchboard, she is the first point of contact for all visitors at our Pocket Living headquarters.
Isabelle HosfordProject Manager
Isabelle has worked in the construction industry since 2010. She has project management experience in multiple sectors including education, commercial fit out, leisure and residential. Isabelle is a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
At Pocket Living, Isabelle is responsible for the successful delivery of projects after planning permission is achieved.
Nick CuffLand Director
Nick trained at CB Richard Ellis. He previously worked at Essential Living across acquisitions and delivery. He is a chartered town planner and land surveyor.
At Pocket Living, he is responsible for land acquisition.
Joseph ArthurDevelopment Manager & Project Manager
Joe joined Pocket Living in January 2018. He has a background delivering hundreds of affordable homes across the Midlands, London and South East England. Prior to Pocket, Joe worked for two large Registered Providers as a Development Manager, delivering affordable and open market housing developments. He also has experience working on large scale joint venture projects and regeneration schemes.
At Pocket Living, Joe is responsible for delivering our Core projects from land acquisition through to completion. He is a Chartered Project Management Surveyor.
Robyn GrayPurchase Ledger Clerk
Before joining Pocket Living in September 2018, Robyn worked for 3 years as an Accounts Junior Assistant. She is currently studying to complete her AAT Level 4, working towards the Bookkeeping Qualification.
At Pocket living, Robyn ensures all Purchase Orders are matched up with invoices, she keeps the accounting software up to date and oversees all incoming and outgoing payments of the company.
