If you’re purchasing a second-hand home, you may be able to arrange another viewing so you can measure up in preparation for moving in. This may not be the case if you’re purchasing a new home.

At this point, you will
have already viewed a show home, but it’s unlikely you will be able to
view your Pocket home whilst the building is being finished. As all Pocket
homes are very similar, you should still be able to enjoy picturing
yourself in your new home whilst you wait for it to be ready!
We usually hold a welcome event at a local pub or restaurant for buyers to meet each other before you move in. That way, you’ll know your neighbours from the get-go.
Our Customer Care Team will provide you with a home induction tour so that you know where to find everything and how it all works when you move in. During this home induction tour, you are also able to arrange for a suitably qualified inspector to carry out a pre-completion inspection, using the template pre-completion inspection checklist, should you wish to do so.
